What: Flow and Restore Yoga with Judy (indoors and great for all levels!)

When: Saturdays 9:30am to 10:30am (January 31st – April 18th…no yoga on Family Day or Easter weekends)

Where: The Salvation Army Berkshire Citadel – 222 Sandarac Dr NW, Calgary, AB T3K 4N2

Cost: FREE for SMCA Members or $10 per-class drop in fee.   Yearly memberships costing $30 are available to all Calgary & area residents – these can be purchased at the door or online HERE

Age: Open to all aged 12 and above

(SMCA and the instructor respectfully requests that any minors present participate in the Yoga session, thus avoiding disruption by leaving or entering the class mid way through)
