Renew a membership

If you created a membership after May 12th, 2023, please login to your Communal account to renew your membership or turn on automatic renewals – https://smca.getcommunal.com/

Legacy Memberships

For older memberships pre-dating May 12th 2023, SMCA created an account for you when the community association moved its membership system to Communal – this was done using the email address you originally provided to us.

You can request a password & reset your account via the link below, then follow the instructions provided:

When you have access to your account, you may proceed to renew or set up automatic renewals.

3-year memberships

As part of the migration to Communal and to leverage its new auto renewals system, SMCA opted to eliminate the 3-year membership for all new members and renewals going forward. For all those members who previously signed up a 3-year membership, SMCA will be honouring all future expiry dates in Communal.
